How do I manage my web browser settings?
Your login experience is managed by cookies - small text files sent to your computer by the site to identify you and your preferences. These are the things that most commonly affect how cookies are handled:
-
Your browser's security settings affect how cookies are managed
-
Multiple sessions: if you have multiple web browser windows open to the same site, close them all and try again
-
Multiple tabs: if you use a tab-enabled browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer 7, the same effect can be encountered as with multiple browser windows
-
Security software: firewall software settings can interfere with the way cookies are handled if not adjusted properly
Check to see if any of these factors could be causing your login challenges.
